His first undertaking was to overhaul the group structure by replacing long-serving director of SSP IDENT in Germany, Andreas Habighorst. The new company CEO is Marco Castiglioni, former director of Radeče Printing in Slovenia. “Marco is a highly experienced manager who has proven time and again that he has a detailed and thorough understanding of the paper business. With his modern and innovative way of thinking he is the perfect fit for Delta Capital financial group. His main task will be to increase company turnover and profitability. He has also been appointed to the board of directors of SIG, which is part of the Delta Capital group,” says Radim Pařík, CEO of parent company Delta Capital and head of SIG. “Security Ident Group is currently one of the most innovative groups in the field of security documents. My main tasks will be to optimise processes, reduce costs and offer strong support to our sales activities so that our turnover and profit increases significantly by the end of the year,” says Marco Castiglioni, new SSP IDENT GmbH head and SIG board member. Marco Castiglioni (46) has over 20 years’ international experience in the printing and paper industry. Until 2012 he held managerial positions in these fields in Germany and Italy. From 2012 to 2014 he served as director of Obeikan Investment Group in Saudi Arabia, where he led 400 employees and steered company turnover to €50 million. From 2014-2017 he was executive director of Radeče Papir Nova and Muflon group in Slovenia, a company of 270 employees with a turnover of €30 million. There he oversaw product development, project management, process optimisation and performance improvements. Aided by an impressive managerial background, he has implemented key projects, management changes and led strategic development. He has also run a number of seminars in senior management training, management and quality management. He specialises in improving business processes and turnover development. He graduated from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences with a Master’s degree in Business Management and Industrial Engineering. His hobbies include skiing, sailing, fitness and reading. Radim Pařík (37) is the CEO of Delta Capital, Inc. He is former deputy chairman of Kaufland Polska Markety Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. He has been working in retail for 14 years. For over 8 years he led Kaufland’s expansion strategy in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, overseeing the investment of €700 million (19 billion CZK). In recent years he was responsible for growth and strategy development in Poland (€2.2 billion – over 61 billion CZK), a market comprising 202 stores and 18,000 employees. He has many years’ experience in sales, logistics, expansion, construction, property management, technical purchasing, restructuring and employee development. He is a graduate of Nottingham Trent University in the UK. He speaks Czech, German, English, Polish and sign language. His hobbies include karate, basketball, squash, cooking and travelling.
