We provide materials for producing car plates, blank plates and all necessary consumables for personalisation processes. Our proficiency in the area of car plate delivery is a result of our many years of experience in developing a range of products. We assist business and government clients in choosing the right delivery model. Two of our group’s companies – SPM Security Paper Mill and SPM Systems – currently provide vehicle registration plates for the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic, one of the largest markets in Europe with a central delivery system and volumes ranging over 1.2 million plates annually.

We give clients complete control over the issuance of strategic documents, including car licence plates. Counterfeiting is a global problem and tracking the real source of production of documents is becoming increasingly difficult. We help to protect documents in the final stage of the personalisation process just before handing over to end-users. Not only are our holographic security seals high-quality multilevel security products, but they are designed to promote an appropriately representative image for each institution.

Although vehicle and driver IDs come primarily in the form of plastic cards, we still provide security paper-based solutions, which are securely managed for paper production and security printing. At our facilities in Einbeck, Germany, our security printing house SSP-Ident produces all desired formats for car documents and drivers IDs. These products are a viable alternative to plastic solutions thanks to anti-counterfeiting features. We use anti-copy rasters, barcoding, blind embossing, bright orange copy protection ink, diffraction foils, guilloches, iris print, microlines, mottling fibres, numbering, optically variable printing inks (OVD), RFID, sinus lines, standard and customised holograms, steel engraving, transparent fluorescent inks, watermarks and many more elements.

Introducing security forms increases the safety of the registration process and allows documents to be tracked throughout their entire lifecycle, authenticating each stage of control. Our A4 security forms and certificates help to identify falsifications to deliver a further level of security in addition to paper and print. Gateways such as QR codes and RFID tags ensure fast and secure verification of data. Our A4 security paper format offers features such as PVC cards issued by governmental bodies to citizens.

We are experts in RFID solutions specialising in vehicle tracking. We provide RFID tags mounted on aluminium vehicle licence plates and RFID windshield labels using the best available chip solutions for UHF applications in partnership with experienced antenna designers. 

RFID windshield labels are an excellent gateway for control services, vehicle tracking and traffic management, road tolls and restricted areas. RFID windshield labels are one of our strategic elements providing the highest security measures for data protection.

Security solutions start with paper production. At our own security paper production facility in the Czech Republic, Security Paper Mill delivers all types of security features for paper applications. Our paper is used by government security printers as well as private companies. We advise on all security feature combinations and provide accredited tests of all our products at our private laboratory.

Our paper is used for registration security forms, car ownership certificates, self-copy forms and self-adhesive paper for registration labels.
